I have been to Simon med a few times over the past few months and at different locations. The only positive part of the experience were the xray technicians. The rest of the staff was rude, unhelpful.

This place is very unorganized, and under staffed. Always down equipment, and turn people away because of not having staff.

I recently had X-rays taken of my femur and hip at SimonMed in Anthem. The radiologist was pleasant enough but didn’t seem to know what she was doing. I wondered at the time if she was high. She did not take care in positioning me and ended up having to do several retakes thereby exposing me to additional radiation. To crown it all as I was checking out at the front desk she rushed back out to say that she needed to do a couple more images because the last two taken were of the wrong leg! Waited 2 hours with appointment for mri of ankle. Receptionist told me it happens all the time as mri machine is persnickety and it depends on the operator My time isn’t valuable and yours isn’t either. They had 15 people in waiting area explaining to each why they were running behind. I will NEVER GO BACK

*anthem location* First, my cost was totally off and they tried to charge me close to $500 for my sons MRI. I had already verified with my insurance and knew it was $200. The front desk tried to tell me I had to pay the $500 upfront and deal with a refund and billing department later until I demanded they fix it right away. The entire office was filthy.
