Lost 3 days of work to get 2 sets of MRI's done: Visit1: Said that couldn't do both the same day because of different contrast agents (questionable excuse per their liason). Visit 2: They didn't tell me that the tech wasn't trained for the ordered procedure. Didn't learn about that until I got there. They put me through the wrong procedure so I had to reschedule afterwards. Visit 3: They didn't tell me that their contrast agent had expired. Warning if you use Simon Med: recently I went for an ultrasound and was told I needed to pay a certain amount out of pocket, OK no big deal. Well yesterday I woke up to a bill of $957 so I looked at my EOB online and actually, not only did I not owe them any money, the money they had me pay upfront should be 100% refunded to me. I called Simon Med billing and they agreed that I do not owe a bill and I am due a refund but asked me to call back in a week to request the refund. The X-ray tech is absent ALOT!!! It can be hit or miss even if you have an appointment! Several times the technician was not there or the machine was working properly and there LONG waits! Make sure you call to make sure there is not a problem!

The MRI Technician was too interested in mocking my name to offer me some hearing protection, so I ended up having to plug my ears with my thumbs for the entire imaging session.

I went to SimonMed for an X-ray that took less than a minute. I waited over an hour. I arrived at 8:30 and was told the X-ray tech didn’t arrive until ten. There is no mention of that on their webpage. I tried calling with no luck. I returned at 9:45 and was told there would be a considerable wait. I was seen at 11:05. SimonMed is poorly ran. It seems the office is managed by a radiologist rather than an office manager.

Went for X-ray on my 5 yr olds leg ( hip and thigh) , was told the wait was 10 mins . I waited with my sons in vehicle til they were ready since my son was crying and visibly upset . 50 mins later I went back in to be told by the Receptionist that the tech was very busy . I could be wrong ....but a simple phone call could have sent me down to the Deer Valley location . Incidentally the Deer Valley location was given the script from Pediatrician and yet they failed to do the correct Xrays !
