The lady receptionist was not a happy person. The MRI tech was fantastic, professional, respectful and very helpful. The male receptionist was professional and polite. The X-ray tech must have the same love of job as the lady receptionist. She also needs training in how to turn her machine to the ON position. Also some one needs to explain to her the impossibility of holding you pants below you hips while both hands are resting at shoulder level in front of you.

They were very efficient. I arrived 25 minutes early for my appointment and they took me right away. I went into the machine a few minutes early and was out less than 25 minutes after my appointment time. They were like a well oiled machine.

Quick process. The staff performing the CT scan was amazing! He explained every step of the way. Very kind and caring. Made the scary process a bit more relaxing. Even made me laugh..
