I had a appointment scheduled for 2:15pm after waiting 45mins I finally got my MRI completed. The Technician was very professional they did the test, however the front desk could have been a little more Professional.
It was a very short Scan,but it was done very comfortably, thank s,it could have been done painfully.

The facility I went to on McDowell n 108th Ave the front desk people are so nice and caring. The specialist who did my ultrasound, she was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. I recommend this SimonMed.

The techs were excellent. The website needs a focus group to recommend lots of improvements. It is not easy and I’ve had to call in both times, long waits and lots of reiteration. On the website got all the way to appointments and every time, changing weeks at several locations, no appointments found. The Litchfield reception desk needs a friendly face.
