Pre-check in process was easy and made in person check-in fast and seamless! I got in quickly and the technicians were great!
Friendly staff, very pleasant tech who did my MRI. I’m very claustrophobic, and this young man was very patient and accommodating to help me be comfortable.

Generally front reception staff and techs are positive, respectful and helpful give excellent patient care. Only problem I ever had was last appointment. Tech never smiled or gave any encouragement. Her directions didn’t take into account my physicality and if I hadn’t said stop, the machine would have hit me in the chin. Worst Simon med experience since I used this company in 2014.
Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I was there for an X-ray so no appointment however was in and out in no time.
Second visit to this facility. Everyone was extremely friendly, on time, and very professional. I had a very sweet ultrasound tech.
