I have been to the Buckeye AZ location of SimonMed twice. Yesterday was my second time. The type of imaging I needed yesterday is done on a walk in bases. I went later than planned and got there after their normal walk-in time ends. The girl at the front desk was so nice and checked with the X-ray tech who graciously took me as the last X-ray of the day. I was very grateful. Both the girl at the front desk and the X-ray tech were so nice, friendly, genuine, and caring. My last visit a few months ago was just as nice as well ... read more

The staff is wonderful, but you need to enforce masks, social distancing and infection control protocols! Very disappointed that half of the patients in the waiting room were not adhering to your sign saying masks are required! Very frightening for those with compromised immunity!
