Office staff changed my appointment and never noticed me. This has happened twice in the last 6 months. This was the Buckeye office Sue the office manager. Told me after 2 mammograms and an ultrasound told me they found something on my breast but come back in 6 months to recheck. They never sent results to my primary who was very upset and send me to a cancer specialist for review.

There was a slow check in procedure even though I completed everything on line. I waited 20 minutes to check in since there were 5 people ahead of me. Although pleasant, the front desk staff seemed baffled by their computer screens. The space is not clean. They need to repaint and hire a different janitorial service. I shudder to think off what I didn’t see. The imaging machine broke down and I had to reschedule for 10 days later to complete the task. The tech was friendly and capable.

Worst customer service ever lost my doctors order, then tried to blame me.

This clinic is HORRIBLE! Do it go to Simon Med. For a stroke x ray there was an almost 2 hour wait. Also the staff said that they did not take my insurance and after calling my insurance, their customer service center, and my doctors office, they realized they had made a mistake and they indeed do take my insurance. They wasted hours of my time. The receptionist was unfriendly and seemed burned out. The papers I signed said there is a physician on site at all times. The tech refused to do my scan with contrast because I had a rash with contrast for an IVP 57 years ago. I recently had abdominal scan with contrast in the emergency dept 2 weeks ago, with no problems. However I appreciate her looking out for me and I can see the logic in it all. What I can’t accept is that the paperwork said there is a doctor on site when in fact there is not a doctor. The tech said if there is a problem she would have to call 911. I don’... read more
