The lady that performed the MRI was extremely helpful as I am very claustrophobic and her suggestions made it possible for me to complete the test on the first try.

Hi, my name is Robi, and for the last 7 months when people call in asking for their MRI results, they are transferring them to my personal cell phone. I have called to complain numerous times, and no one seems to care. Simon Medical is giving me their private patient information to a 3rd party. sound like a serious HIPPA violation. If your wanting your information safeguarded, I would recommend going elsewhere 🤬

Once you in to do images your good . They only do walk ins for X-rays took me 2 hrs waiting . No hurry there , that’s for sure !it moves at a snails pace .

You can’t make an X-ray appointment. Walkins only. We spent half an afternoon trying to find a location. Two prior locations had a sign outside that said no x-rays. We also couldn’t call to find wait times, and to see if the location had an x-ray tech. A few days later we were able to get in to the Val vista location. Extremely frustrating.

I had an appointment last week and got to the appointment to only find out it was canceled due to prior auth. They had the wrong insurance for me. I provided the manager with my new insurance and she said she would update. Thursday came around and they canceled again needing prior auth. So I schedule for Monday of this week and same thing. I called my insurance and no prior auth is needed for a CT scan. I called Simommed and guess what, the so called manager never changed my insurance. went over my appt time, shedulong was difficult, pricing was not told until sign in, I didn't even get a warm blanket during my mri I was freezing

I want to start off by saying that this is not the front office staff nor the technicians fault. I made an APPOINTMENT online for x-rays. I got a reminder email and texts regarding my upcoming appointment. I was scheduled for 10 AM and got to the Copperpoint location at 9:45 AM.
