I had called the night before to ask about a X-ray appointment . I was told I could go anywhere for a walk in appointment. I went in at 12 noonon Tuesday at the Pecos location. Was told they don’t do X-rays on that day. They told me to go to the Copper location. I registered at 1242 and was told I would have to wait two hours or go to another location and wait another 1 1/2 hours . I chose to stay. At 5:22 pm I finally got my X-ray . After being unable to schedule an appointment online, I attempted to use the phone method. After a long wait on hold and then having to answer numerous questions like which arm did I get my vaccine in, we set an appointment. They then left me a message that the appointment needed to be canceled, but no reason why. I called back and waited on hold again. Scheduling is not honored. Front desk staff rude and don’t honor first come first serve for xrays. Why have an appt schedule offering when you don’t use it! If I could I would go elsewhere.
I would like to write out a review about the lying site manager Steve. The day I went in, there was about 20 people within the waiting room. I asked at the beginning of my appointment before receiving scans how much it was going to cost me out of pocket total. Steve said $0.00 and that the visit was covered by my insurance as well as my doctors order was submitted to them. 3 weeks later I received a bill for $773.73.
