The techs were great, however the waiting time was ridiculous even with an appointment! First time, waited 45 minutes past appointment time so had to leave. Second appointment was running 20 minutes behind. Scheduling needs to improve!

He was so quick and professional. Two days prior I waited an hour snd a half in Anthem with no empathy or apology. The receptionist was not nice at all . Deer valley was so different . So nice
