RecommendedI am extremely claustrophobic and had to have an MRI. It was of my head so an open MRI was out of the question. The technician that did the scan was over and above courteous and kind constantly checking on how I was doing. She explained each step as she went as well.

At my appointment with Simon Med, they were quick to collect copays, which is fine, but after my insurance paid, I didn’t owe what they collected. I have literally been trying for 3 months to get a small refund to my credit card but I have received no refund up to this point. I would like the issue addressed as this is horrible business practice .
They were behind on the appointments, I left 1 1/2 hours after my appointment time. The MRI only took 30 minutes. I was placed in what appeared to be a storage closet to put on a gown and wait for my turn. It was dirty in the room. The mri tech was very nice though.
