I had the most absolute horrific experience with the Simon Med on 4045 E Bell Road. First off they double booked my appointment and called me the day before to tell me to come in earlier, then when I got there I was put in the MRI machine to be told I was “too big” because my arms were touching. I received a message the day before my appointment that they would have to reschedule me because they did not have the right paperwork in for me to call them. I called my drsoffice and they said they faxed over the paperwork while I was on the phone I called Simon med and was on the phone for about 15 minutes and was told at the end of the call that to go ahead and come on in. When I got to the desk the receptionist told me that I got a phone call I should not be there because my paperwork was not filled out. She said the ... read more

Had a 8:00 am appointment. I paid at 8 and at 9:08 am they tell me the machine is broken. I had to ask them what is taking so long for them to tell me. This place is so unprofessional it’s not funny.

I was charged $200.00 when I had a $25 copay. Then they charged United health to get paid from the insurance. That is double charging and it’s a fraud. I have this particular transaction as an open case number with United health and I will get to the bottom of it. Perhaps bring it to the local news such as 3 on your side. So people know what kind of staff you have working and how unfriendly simonmed is with healthcare providers and copay
