What I like about Simon Med Imaging is that they are courteous and the wait time is minimal. If they are short-staffed, they give you an approximate wait time. If their scanner is down, they’ll reschedule you to another location. Very professional.
The location I went to was very professional
The staff was very friendly and made me feel at ease in what I anticipated to be a very negative experience. Even the front reception personnel were welcoming and efficient. This was a surprisingly good experience.
My appointment was on time and everyone was friendly, helpful and professional
