First I made an appt to Simon on W. McDowell (Palm Valley). I had been told when making my appt a real long list of do’s and Don’ts which I didn’t understand for an MRI w/o contrast. When I got there and had filled the paperwork the receptionist told me they didn’t have the right machine for my type of MRI….really??????? I made another appt the next day at the Estrella location…they were very good at everything and knew exactly what they were doing. I had a very easy visit. I’m terrible with names so I do not remember the lady that did my ultrasound, I will try to update this review when I return for more ultrasounds to get her name. She was very sweet and friendly, very knowledgeable. I didn’t feel uncomfortable, I usually get uncomfortable real fast because I can read energy but she was very transparent and engaging . Overall I am glad I was referred to SimonMeds.

put in your doors in the front and in the back for handicapped so they can open easier the doors are so heavy it was hard for me to get out and in the front door with my cane and my purse just make it a little easier for us handicap people thank you
