At first they told me a crazy amount for my copay so I canceled my MRI. Then I'm told they made an error so I paid the copay amount they requested and had the MRI done. Now I keep getting a bill and when you email them you get an immediate reply stating "Case has been open" "please allow 3-5 business days for a response" which you will never get. I've emailed 3 different times with no response but still get threatening statements. Don't deal with any SimonMed. What's worse is that it's "Dr owned". How pathetic. I'm not the ... read more
Showed up 15 mins early. They took someone who was half way through their appointment late ahead of me. They said the doctor ordered xrays as well as an MRI. This was news to the doctor. Their xray machine was broken so I couldn't even get the xrays, that weren't ordered. Then they said I weight too much for the mri machine. The booking person asked my weight and had no problem booking me. So, whole trip was a waste of time. About an hour for the whole visit with no services provided.

They took me 45 minutes late for my scheduled MRI. I was informed after getting on the table that I would be the first person to receive an MRI at that facility. I am 79-years-old and found the table and equipment EXTREMELY uncomfortable and the test took 45 minutes (of agony on my stomach with my arms over my head). The tech stated that he had to do one of the tests a second time and that is why it took so long but that they "would get things together" as they did more MRIs. I was scheduled for a 3:00 appointment and got in after waiting 2 1/2 hours. The employees were very apologetic and very nice but what a mess!

I had a terrible time reaching them to schedule and then the stat order couldn’t be accommodated, stat. Two separate days, they ran 20-40 min. behind and staff was very unprofessional!
Don't come here! I was sent to have 2 MRIs done. The report on the most important one did not even address what my doctor wanted them to look for. Instead, it said I would need another MRI!!! I called and requested that an addendum be added to complete the report, but the records department refused. These were very expensive tests, only to have incomplete reports. What kind of medical care is this? Lousy, that's what. I absolutely do not recommend this business.
