Drove for 45 minutes, arrived a half hour early as instructed and waited an hour and a half. Tech doing ultrasound asked if he drank lots of water and I said no and why wasn’t I told that? Tech didn’t respond to that question. Then she proceeded to tell me that he had already had it done. When I said no he didnt, she left to check the order found out it was not what. Exhausting and disgusting! Simon med in Orlando east is very good, Kissimmee was horrible.
