This facility is not good to recommend to older patients bcuz its only 2 receptionist in the front , plus the other receptionist doesn’t know what’s she’s doing or maybe she got overwhelmed by her job , she called me, she asked my insurance my ID, and tell me to sit down, I was there waiting for an hour already and wondering how come nobody calling my name ,and the people after me they finished there procedure, I’m almost gonna burst cuz I have a headache plus I’m dizzy cuz I’m diabetic I almost to collapse there and I’m 65 ... read more

The Oak Street location is the worst place I have ever been. My experience in the past with Simonmed has always been pleasant and professional but I will never return to that location in the future. It was an unprofessional setting and staff was rude. I left with a headache that lasted through the night

This is a facility I would not recommend going to! Staff is rude, they don’t acknowledge you. They over book their patients. And then they don’t run your insurance correctly! I walked out after 2hours

I was there on 10/12/22. I had my yearly mammogram. My experience was not to pleasant. I had to undress myself in front of the tech. There were no privacy like I usually I’m custom to. No room to change. I was asked to remove my top clothes and I said “are you going to give me a gown?” then she did. Second my mammogram was very painful which I’m still in pain on both of my breast especially my left one. Even my ribs are very sore when I press.

my first ever mammogram and probably my last ever. I had the worst, most traumatic experience at your imaging place. I asked other friends and they all said it should be uncomfortable but not to the point where your in tears crying because it's so painful. the tech kept telling me she needed to put more pressure because it wasn't enough and that she wouldn't get good images otherwise. nope I'm never coming back.

The two women , I don’t remember their names very unprofessional They do not greet you with a friendly attitude. When you walk in office you face two women with sad faces and you feel you are not welcomed
