Several locations in Central Florida to choose from with great people providing great service. I was not happy with waiting times (because of the “no appointment walk-in only” policy for getting an X-ray.
Title: Outrageous lack of professionalism and empathy for the patient I have called three times, and yesterday I went in person to the Hunter’s Creek office to pick up my report. I waited 45 minutes yesterday because the lady that received my information forget to put me on the sistem. My comment is no bad the place but you need to take care with this lady.

Staff was NOT NICE, No sympathy for people whatsoever, communication skills very low!!!
Waited over 2 hours even getting several text messages stating to come early. The waiting room was packed with angry customers and the room temperature was freezing. After the technician came and got me he told me he was waiting for me and was just notified that I was there 20 minutes ago. The technician was very professional.
