Mala atención y no resolvieron mi inconveniente fui por tres exámenes que tenía que hacerme por dolor y me hicieron uno solo el menos importante y tenían todo enviado nuevamente por la doctora por fax por correo a tiempo y no hubo manera de que me lo hicieran a parte que me atendieron una hora después de haber llegado

Bad receptionist, bad technician. The receptionist made me fill out docs twice because she thought I was a different patient. She was going to make me take an exam that was not for me. 2nd. The technician took the x rays more than what it was needed depositing more radiation in my body. Then she smiled and said, that’s nothing.
Very awful experience staff in the front upon checking was clueless even that I provided with all documents for my CT Scan Didn’t have my appointment then calling me with a different name and asking me that I was there for an X-ray even that I telling them that wasn’t me. Overall very bad experience and I will never go bavv CB k again @ Hunters creek

RecommendedMy appointment was at 11:30 am I got there at 11:25, I was checked in 40 minutes after my arrival. front desk checks me in and gives me the medical papers and tells me to fill the papers but that I will soon be called for my mammogram. The technician calls me and ask me what time I came in; there was no line only 3 people were in when I got there; what was the hold up? The person who performed the mammogram for my mom was very rude , she had no patience at all. Very upsetting and stressful moment in her life. She felt humiliated and helpless.if they are in the Kissimme area , and with elder people, should learn some Spanish for better understanding and patience.

Waiting for 4 hours to get an chest X-ray because you can’t make an appointment for X-ray they should charge that immediately it hard for you to sit there while other people just walk in and get out
My experience was horrible. My appointment was at 1pm and arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. I waited one hour and 10 minutes for a seven minute test.
Personnel is not friendly. They seem to be in a bad mood, if they don't want to work they should stay home. Patients have the right to be ask questions and be informed. The lady who did my mammogram was rude from the beginning, she didn't even say good morning or greeted me and didn't like that I asked questions.
