Overall good service
I visited SimonMed Imaging in Jacksonville (Kennerly Rd) yesterday and had a great experience. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming, checked me in very quickly, at which point it was noted that my exam was scheduled for the next week as I had mixed it up, they were very helpful advising me that I could take the exam yesterday if I so wished , I accepted and we continued with the check in, they already had my documents in advance. Very caring staff and quality care
I have been going to SimonMed in Occoee-FL for the last 6 years. Today, I still drive 5 hrs (move further West in FL) to do it. Lately, I had additional imaging and a breast biopsy done by Dr. Osmani (spelling?)and also mammo done by different techs and they are also all great. Many thanks to the receptionists. Note: Get a few mins earlier for your appointment and complete your forms online because this facility is very busy any day of the week 😃
Simon Med was diligent in keeping me informed about my upcoming appointment, including providing an online comprehensive sign in document which saved a lot of time. I was impressed by the cheerfulness and competence of the personnel, especially Ashley, who performed the procedure with grace and care. I felt totally comfortable with the entire experience, and would wholeheartedly recommend Simon Med.
