My interaction with a staff member named Reina was frustrating, confusing, and far below the standard of care I expect from a medical facility. After completing my required paperwork, I received a phone call from Reina. During the call, I mentioned uncertainty about a possible iodine allergy and asked if the procedure could be performed without iodine. Reception area of Starke and cold no books magazines are reading material, chairs uncomfortable only one technician on duty wait time was Long. Dressing room what is disorganized and not by clean. You do not have a local number all numbers go to Houston I presume. When I needed help with directions there was no one I can call locally to get directions are landform that I would be late for my appointment. I will not be using Simonmed again
