I had my annual Mammogram here the last 2 years. The office is clean and well staffed. The appointment was delayed due to an emergency. No problem I watched a movie in the waiting room. The tech was great. Really professional and fast. I’m happy my insurance recommended SimonMed. Also, it’s so close to my home in Laguna Woods.

Very clean and staff helpful. I liked the fact that they were running late and called me to give me an option of keeping my schedule time and waiting or rescheduling for same day but later time.

Yvonne is so professional she went out of her way to take care of me. I needed an MRI on my right foot. Yvonne got me an appointment ASAP. She really understands how fast I needed this. Because I was only out of work for a few weeks and needed this information fast, so my Dr could see what he could do for me to return to work. Everyone was very nice. No complaints.
Everyone friendly and efficient. Had trouble with a machine so had to be patient and wait a bit longer. Test done fast. Great place.

I had an MRI done and the staff were professional and courteous. I was surprisingly comfortable during the process. The front desk young woman was pleasant and helpful. They did also offer a great price for self-pay, which I really appreciated. The only problem I had was with their phone and online appointment platform. I could not get a hold of anyone, got wrong info from the chat, then got disconnected twice.
