I arrived expecting two services, an aorta ultrasound and a dexa scan. The ultrasound went smoothly, great technician who explained everything. back to the waiting room. After about 20 minutes waiting for the dexa scan, the staff person told me that there was nobody there to perform it. I was told that Tuesdays would be the best and that I could not schedule it because it had to be a walk-in rather than an appointment. I told her it would be a month before I could do so. I was completely shocked by my experience at SimonMed on 1/24/22. The staff and the MRI I had done was all fine and routine except for one thing. So, the anesthesiologist came in to administer the injections into my shoulder and started making small talk. At one point she asked me about my work. I told her, and then out of nowhere she says, “It must suck to have to wear a diaper all day.” I was taken back by it and simple responded I didn’t mind wearing a mask. Long wait even though I had a scheduled appointment and my doctor still does not have my results from just a chest X-ray
