I arrived 40 minutes early was taken in within five minutes my appointment was at 1 o’clock I walked out of there at 1:03 very happy sign in online everything went smooth very satisfied

Weeellll... The MRI machine was down not once, but twice the day of my appts. Thankfully, the staff at the, “Red Bug Lake” location where this was occurring, rescheduled me at a different location the same day. The staff at Rhinehart Rd. was polite, professional and kind. My experience was a-okay! One suggestion...it would be nice if the staff doing the testing wore a name tag, or introduced themselves. I like to personally thank my caregivers.
