RecommendedWeeellll... The MRI machine was down not once, but twice the day of my appts. Thankfully, the staff at the, “Red Bug Lake” location where this was occurring, rescheduled me at a different location the same day. The staff at Rhinehart Rd. was polite, professional and kind. My experience was a-okay! One suggestion...it would be nice if the staff doing the testing wore a name tag, or introduced themselves. I like to personally thank my caregivers.
