RecommendedMy experience with Simon Med the 3 times I have used them has been good, from the receptionist that made the appointment to the medical personnel that handled my procedure. Medical procedures are competitive and your personal know that.

Terrible experience starting with the intake person. Their inability to speak English was astonishing. I wasn’t convinced that she understood what I was saying so I called back in. I wanted to confirm that the understood what the referring were. I explained in detail what I needed, which was a shoulder arthrogram. The person I spoke with confirmed that they could make the appointment and I thought nothing of it after that. The last two times I had an appointment, I arrived on time but had to wait 30 minutes before being called in. The patient's time is important, too. They seem to not care and make no provisions to inform the patient about any delay.

Terrible experience. Waited 45 minutes past my appointment time (got there 10 min before scheduled time). The woman REFUSED to do all the things my doctor ordered. Lied to me saying she was going to report her findings when I explicitly asked her multiple times. Got my report back and she did not report the majority of the stuff asked (and double checked by me) of my doctor.
