This company needs training for management, they are incompetent and rude and discriminate people they don't like. do not apply at any of their call centers , there are better jobs out that you can be appreciated for.

I was overcharged by $300 in February 2023. ***************** and SMI confirmed in May that I was over billed and needed refunded. As of July 25 I have not received a refund. Have called 5 times and get a different answer each time. FYI - I was told they will not even look at issuing a refund until the patient calls in and asks for it. How many people are owed refunds and have no idea!

No not recommend this company!May 2022 SimonMed Imaging notified me via text, they were taking over my excellent provider for years, Choice Diagnostic Imaging.As I have dense *******, my physician suggested an ultrasound. It was originally quoted at $123 in 2022, so I called March 2023 to confirm the 2023 cost. I was told the updated charge would be $147, so I booked the appointment for both my mammogram and ultrasound for April 17, 2023 as that cost could be covered by my *** account. This place overcharged me. They took straight from my bank account $440.32 after my health insurance paid the claim. I called insurance and they said Simmonmed or ************* *** charged my bilateral ultrasound mammogram as right and left. So, they took my insurance check for the left breast and I according to Simmonmed I supposed to pay for the right side. Sent a bill for the same srvc billed twice! Even my insurance company stayed on the phone call & told them they cant bill for the same srvc twice (just named it different ex: trans vag ultrasound & pelvic exam) I had already paid the bill in advance so I could get the srvc now I cant get a refund!!!!!! they refuse to refund an overpayment to me, its been 6 months, and I contacted them 4 months ago and several times since then but haven't got my money back

These people are crooks and have no business being in business they overcharged me for an *** and told me my *** pay was $175 dollars which in fact it was only $50 dollars so I had to pay to get the *** for my surgeons appointment the following day and trying to get my money back has been a nightmare they are full of excuses and keep telling you to wait for 10days, then 10 more and then its going to back office for review which you cannot even contact again these people are CROOKS !!!

I wish there was an option to submit a complaint without having to select a star - they deserve ZERO.I have been screwed over by Simonmed more times than I care to count. I gave them one last try with my Mammogram. The doctor ****** an ultrasound due to seeing something 'suspicious'. This company is horrific! They overcharged ** for my son's 2 visits on December 12, 2022 and January 16, 2023 and I am STILL fighting to get our overpayment refunded back to us!!!! I have called on 3/28, 4/27, 6/1, 6/9 and today 7/3 and every single time I am told it has been escalated to the "back end office" and to allow ***** business days for refund. If I had done this to them I would have been reported to a debt collection company by now. REFUND MY $552.12!!!!!
