The front staff is very organized I just don’t feel like the friendly people place.

Terrible, I wish I could give them zero stars. They messed up my appointment after I scheduled a ride, a sitter and time off work. The scheduler didn't follow the Dr.'s order. Tried to speak to a supervisor put on hold for 30 minutes then they hung up on me. No resolution. Go to SMIL instead.

Call Center is not informed of the daily scheduling activities at lab locations. Receptionist more interested in her cell phone than patient needs. No technical coverage during lunch break. I was told that walk-ins are welcomed. 2 1/2 hours later my X-ray was finally taken.
I came at 10:40. My appointment was at 11:30. I mentioned I have a child getting off the bus in Red Rock and needed to be home by 2:10 the latest The paper work was filled out and they had it. New people came filled out their paper work and was called. I counted 9 altogether. 12:30 I was called back and told to take every thing off. The wait time and inability to verify insurance
WORST Imaging site EVER!! Unprofessional, untrained, subpar job knowledge, rude and just overall bad. It’s only a block from my house and I will NEVER go to the Maricopa SimonMed Imaging site again, would rather drive 30 miles into town!!!
