I was there for a mammogram and ultrasound, and the woman who practiced my mammogram (Barbara) was super rude to me, she was in a extremely bad attitude to me. And the week before, my friend was there also for a mammogram and she had the same experience with the same person. I’ll never come back again if she is there. I made the report to front desk and with another person who works there.
Very unprofessional they canceled my appointment twice. I rescheduled again got a phone call from them, telling me they need to reschedule again. What a joke

The scheduling staff needs some lessons in respecting others time, and time management. I go in for an appointment and I'm not seen for an hour and a half. Absolutely ridiculous.

The X-ray tech couldn’t understand why he had no patient at 7:05 am. That’s because I was still outside. So job 1 would be having the front desk worker be there on time to open the door. The X-ray tech was friendly and efficient. Upon checking out, the front desk worker was told by the X-ray tech that he already scanned my cards but she seemed unable to complete my check out without scanning them again. Then she told me she needed to collect my copay but there is none on my coverage. So job 2 would be training the front desk... read more
