I started at a different branch. The most unfriendly people you can find at opening of the location. I was referred to another branch to accommodate my needs and there the waiting was over a hour for a 1 hour service in the MRI department. But besides, I was quoted half of the copay that I actually had to pay. This is the most unorganized place I dealt with lately. Hopefully I won’t see them again

RecommendedMy experience with the technician was excellent but I ended up waiting over an hour to be seen. My appointment was for 1130 but when I arrived the office person said my appointment wasn’t until noon even though email I received said my phone was at 11:30 and to arrive 15 minutes early. Previous to my appointment I downloaded my referral form from my Doctor as requested so that SimonMed would have it. My original procedure was declined by my insurance company, my doctor submitted an appeal, which was then approved by my insurance company last month. Due to it not being entered correctly by your company my appointments kept getting cancelled, my appointment for 9/15/2022 was cancelled that same morning and rebooked. Every single time the Greenfield and Guadalupe location they have a scheduling problem and 30 min or less they call and want to send you to a different location or reschedule it’s always for their after 3 appointments. If it’s a problem then maybe don’t offer or schedule patients at that time.
