I went to a total of 5 sites in 3 days and could not get an X-ray . “No X-rays today” signs on doors Yet still received daily text, calls & emails. Finally a manager at greenfield & Elliot redeemed SimonMed and got me in quickly and also helped fix an elderly ladies botch up with scheduling and took care of her also.

It was terrible. Trying to book an appointment was a joke. It took 3 days. When I go into the appointment they still don’t have me booked. I had to wait almost 2 hours. In the MRI the ear plugs were a joke. I could hear the MRI working better with them in then I would have without them

The worst imaging company to deal with. Charged for a service that WASN'T even done. Now they won't refund until you jump through hoops!!!!!! 3 calls over the last month because they keep giving different refund timelines. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOUSY COMPANY, OR AT THE LEAST DOUBLE CHECK WHAT THEY ARE OVER CHARGING YOU FOR!!!!!!!!

I specifically asked for an open MRI location and when I arrived I found out it didn’t have an open MRI machine. However, the technician was very kind and gave me a list of the locations with an open MRI. Why the original person could not read the same chart, which a kindergarten child could do, is beyond me. Also, the receptionist at my location, was extremely rude and snarky. I know it’s hard to get employees but they should be trained and customer service. Showed up for my 2 back to back appointments that I made by phone. Bone scan and mammogram I had emails confirming and checked in online. Was early, was told that I didn’t have appointments. Receptionist searched all locations !!?! She rescheduled me for 3 days later. Same scenario, arrived and no one was at desk, waited over 10 mins . My husband has been having NOTHING but trouble with this place. His 1st appointment, they said they couldn’t do what he needed there even though he told them exactly what he needed when he made the appointment so they set him up with another appointment then cancelled because the equipment was down. Then they set him up with another appointment and sent him to the wrong place , he goes to the right place and they told him 2 hour wait so he left because he has a bad back and couldn’t wait that long. been in waiting room for over an hour .... still waiting to be called back. I'm told its their "new scheduling software" same excuse they gave my friend over a Month ago when she waited more than 2 hours for an MRI. SimonMed how long until you "fix" your system? you are costing patients time and money lost when we could be working instead.
