Just moved to AZ and was taken aback by rushed, cold (literally) atmosphere of this facility. Technician was kind but hurried. Previous facility I visited in another state gave me a warm robe to wear during the exam. Here I was given a small hospital type top to wear in a frigid facility - the technician was wearing a sweatshirt in comparison to my nearly nude top half.

Doctor’s order wasn’t there. But they took times,called my doctor’s office and got it for me so that I didn’t have to come back.

Simon Med N Gilbert facility is an excellent efficient facility. The sign in process had all my information via online and just needed copy of my insurance card. The MRI process was efficient and well explained by the tech. The procedure was done in a timely manner and a disk was produced for me to take to my doctor right after this appointment. The staff was friendly and courteous! Very well run facility!
