RecommendedFrom the front desk to the 2 professional and helpful technicians, the entire experience was pleasant. This company is doing the right thing, it shows in the physical building clean and up to date and the happy employees ready to be helpful and friendly!
The front desk receptionist was very friendly . The technician that did the digital X-ray had smiles and made the experience pleasant.
I always get in - no waiting days or weeks for an appointment - the staff is wonderful

Their schedulers (For all locations) are not the best English speaking, (English second language, thick accents) and have zero knowledge of what locations can do what. I have been scheduled twice so far, for a location that does not have the equipment to do the scans I need. Wasting my time, and dragging out this whole process and extending my pain. There are no direct numbers to call locations, you get routed back to "schedulers" that have no clue. I do not recommend.
I was told they had an opening to give me two MRIs yesterday at 2 o’clock. They didn’t start until 4 o’clock. They shouldn’t book appointments when they know they can’t do the work. It’s pretty predictable how long an MRI is going to take so they are either over booking or they’re incompetent in their scheduling.
That was the most unprofessional scheduling service I have ever received. I called them the day of my appointment to confirm I still had it. The operator informed me that my appointment had been canceled, and there were no notes as to why, and they did not inform me of this. I am very busy and can’t spend time playing games like this. That operator, then transferred me to the IT department, which obviously could not do anything. The line dropped when the IT department tried to transfer me back to scheduling. Hire intelligent people. Had to go back 3 times for the same MRI. The worst place I have ever been to. I would never use this company again.EVER!
