Whey I called to make my appointment for a STAT ultrasound (actually 2of them) the guy who was helping me made 3 appointments for me. I kept asking why he was making me 3 appointments when I only needed 2 ultrasounds. He said “don’t worry about it, it’ll be ok.” I told him I was worried air because I was paying cash and I’m not going to pay for three tests when I only needed 2. Waited over an hour. No sanitizer in any of the dispensers. No head phones for MRI. Ear plugs barely worked. Asked to take off my mask which made me uncomfortable. Was told I needed to change even though I had worn nothing with metal. Previous experiences at this location were good. Not this time
