My 1 hour scheduled appointment ended up with me being in the MRI machine for just short of 3 hours. It took an hour and 15 minutes of being in the MRI machine for the technician to still fail to get images, after numerous times telling me he’s not the normal technician, didn’t know where anything was, the “old machine” was to blame and hopefully the canula doesn’t rip out my arm going inside. I would not recommend SimonMed. I received the first call from someone who I could barely understand. The person then said they could not answer my question and would transfer me. I was then disconnected. Then after the second call I was able to get scheduled just to have them reschedule my time to progressively later times. I was also run through the same set of questions about health history 5 times. Once each on the calls, once on the online forms and twice in person. I found a lump in my breast, and my physician ordered a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound. When I called to schedule it, they acted like they had no clue what was going on and told me that the order was for one thing and scheduled it then waited a week and a half until the day before my appointment to call me and tell me that they had to reschedule because I'm having symptoms and I need a diagnostic mammogram. Do not go here if you need a simple X-ray! Appointment was at 12:30 and was told it would be after 1:00 because the X-ray tech was at another location. What’s the point of having an appointment? It took over an hour to finally get an X-ray completed from appointment time. They had piss poor scheduling. I never had this experience at Radiology LTD. I will make sure my doctor never sends me back to SimonMed again!

I made my appointment via text messaging and they scheduled me at the wrong location. I called for that appointment 3 times and sat on hold forever. Do real live people work there? So I missed my appointment but the receptionist at Swan location was great- she called orange grove and got them to squeeze me in. I still had to wait an hour for something that was their fault. My mri techs were great. Rest of the folks were totally sub par in the customer service area. Will NEVER use them again.
My appt was 1230 pm I left at 207pm. The MRI machine took 15 min at least to start operating while I lay in the MRI tube. A lady came in behind my appt but was taken ahead of me.

I called for an MRI and was told they had a coupon special for $150 no contrast. I booked it and went in on the date and time assigned to me. As I was starting to pay I was told that will be $300...I’m like I was quoted $150. Then they wanted my insurance info. Insurance won’t even pay for an MRI. I was paying cash! This place is a joke. Im here now for the 2nd time because they took bad x-rays the first time. The first time I told the docs not to send me back here because they have no clue whats going on. I've been sitting here this time over 2 hours. They don't know what I'm supposed to be getting done, even though its a re-shoot. Ive watched 9 people come in and they can't find there appointments either. Several have left or been sent away.
