They told me I have a co pay of $110 the day I arrived. Waiting 1/2 hour in the waiting room. I made my appointment 2 weeks before. Another American insurance rip off. They are charging my insurance company $1500 . Pure Greed Thanks for nothing!!
Told me a screening mammogram would b $50 and a ultrasound would b $75. I was told it was a special they were running for September and October for breast cancer awareness. Paid both while i was there. Received a bill just now for $1950. Not cool and will not go back. Called the 866 number on the bill and they know nothing of said promotion. Tried to call Simon med in Oviedo Florida where i went and can’t get anyone. Awful.

I was there at 3:45 as told for my MRI... I didn't walk out till 5:38. Only one empty chair between chairs for social distancing and there were alot of people. Heard one man complain he could not get anyone to answer phone. Another lady complained about how rude the x-ray tech was. Me, I think the wait time was ridiculously long. Will not go back.

Been going there for years. last visit was disappointing and stressful. was there for 3 different tests. went in for my first test. I have MS and a bad back. just laying on the table brought tears to my eyes. when done the tech left the room saying clean up and get dressed meet me outside. well I couldn't get up off the table and when I finally got up I lost my balance trying to put my pants on grabbed onto the chair. didnt know what to do if I fell. no one there to help me. told to go wait for the other 2 tests. so many peo... read more

RecommendedI got a call saying they had a prescription from my doctor for a test I needed. I called and made the appointment . When I got to the office I waited for over an hour before I was taken in, only to be told I couldn’t have the test because I had it too soon ago. Wasted my time .

Tuve una cita el viernes 13 de Marzo, y tuve que llevar a mi nieta pequeña de 2 anos de edad la cita para el Xray era a las 2:45Pm y aun teniendo la niña pequeña no lo tuvieron en cuenta y me dejaron para ultimo para la cita del MRI, que era a las 4:15PM y me llamaron unos 35 minutos mas tarde, saliendo del lugar a las 5:10Pm, se tardan mucho en llamar al paciente, creo que no es un buen lugar para hacerse los diagnósticos después de tanto que te cobran, realmente no recomiendo este lugar.
