Scheduler set my appointment for the wrong imaging test. I had to wait two hours to get approval from doctor to have test at lower quality. Staff at center were very professional in keeping me updated as to the status of the request.

The hours of operation are 8-5pm however at 8:10 the front desk associate finally comes into the building opens the door and says I’ll be right with you. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30am no extra lights were turned on in the waiting room finally after 10 minutes because it’s now 8;20am I open the door and say excuse me but are we allowed to come in yet, she honestly acted as if she forgot about us. wait time is ridiculous, even if you have an appt. the front desk was snobby, and the waiting room was super crowded and couldn't socially distance if you tried. no privacy. just the worst but really you're only option. turn around time for results is horrible. you'll die by the time they review and complete your report

The waiting room was over crowded during this pandemic. The office relies on your Online system that’s not user friendly. No one answers the phone and your online chat system is not intuitive. I’ve been waiting over an hour in this waiting room and I actually had an appointment. I won’t use your services again.

After me making an MRI appointment at the Palm Valley (AZ) location... After my doctor forwarded the prostate MRI order to this location... After me filling out everything online... After me getting numerous reminder emails... After me getting numerous reminder text messages... I showed up early today to check in for my prostate MRI... They don’t do Prostate MRI at this location. Wow. Whatever happened to customer service? Your system failed you, and it failed me.

I scheduled an appointment for 2:30 and didn't get called back until 3:08. If you are about 40 minutes behind you should let your patients know when they check-in just in case they have other appointments/plans afterwards. The front desk lady I dealt with was not friendly at all. I will be going back to the Buckeye location where we were taken back on time and treated so well.

Absolute worst customer experience I've ever experienced in my life. I will never go to this place again. Not only do they run behind but they don't even tell you they don't tell you when anything is broken I would rather go sit in a hospital bed for a week then have to deal with this stupidity that I just dealt with
