Making the appointment via phone was like pulling a tooth. Very incompetent! So after 5 attempts I made it via chat online. Much better. The office staff was nice and friendly.
Receptionist was friendly. Called me in 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Thorough and pleasant. In and out.
