On time great help great with customers
The workers are very pleasant . The place is always neat and clean. The wait is not too bad, either.
Once I saw the technician, the ultrasound went quickly. However, I waited 50 minutes from my appointment time because the front desk double booked appointments. No excuse for this.
Staff was very professional from beginning to end. My only hiccup was the financial info. When calling to make appointment, asked about co-pay. Was told not to worry I would be billed, only to be told I’d have to pay 1st. That was truly embarrassing, as people gave me that look! Of poor sap. But got through that. Rest of appointment went great. Everyone was polite during imaging and MRI.
Pleasant techs and they were actually ahead of schedule
Well no one was there when I arrived. I stood outside for 50 minutes! I checked in on the phone and said to go to the front desk. Door locked and n Couldn’t get any one to answer. Thank goodness Dylan was waiting too and kept company while he tried to contact someone to let him in. He was great!! He finally got the code to the door and started working right away. I was nervous but everything went well after I was in. I like SimonMed but yesterday was not the best with no one there. Thank you Dylan!!
