RecommendedThe sonogram and desk people were great.The phone appointment system was a disaster. 2 big errors and very thick accent. When I asked for a supervisor, and I couldn’t understand her- tech problems.

RecommendedFront desk ladies very courteous. I was there for x-rays and the technician very friendly. I was there as a walk in. I went in the morning and my wait was probably 10 minutes. I go to this facility because of the distance is t that far from my home.

Recommendedthe one on 104th and Thunderbird needs a good cleaning the people were nice but the place was filthy. The one on 91st and thunderbird is so clean and very nice people

RecommendedSo professional. I was at the SimonMed on 94th Ave and Thunderbird. They were running a little behind due to having a baseball player they had to fill t in. That was fine with me. The technician was very good and explained everything he was going to do from r my MRI’s that was had to do.

I called as I was sent to the location after asking for the address the representative is what is your date of birth so I can see what is available…..ma’am I already have an appointment I need the address. She asked my last name and stated again let’s see what is open at one of our locations!
