I ran into an issue in having the pre-registration forms emailed to me and with each phone call, received different prep instructions. However, these things happen, and each person I spoke with did all they could to help. We were able to figure out how to fill out the forms on the patient portal, and everything went very well after that. Very nice and helpful people! Thank you!
I found this to be a very pleasant experience in that the tech was very easy to work with. I also felt comfortable since the procedure was explaining in detail.
