Staff are absolutely wonderful.
The friendliness of the staff. The efficiency of the staff at that location (not all the locations are as good). For example 53rd Avenue and Thunderbird is not as good according to my experience.
Staff made accommodating arrangements and kept me up to date on the schedule. The technician was professional, friendly, and encouraging during the procedure. Fast and Efficient! Who could ask for more?
Staff was pleasant, was called back right on time an out in 20 minutes!
A very professional staff made my recent visit there nothing short of pleasant. In and out within a 1/2 hour...I'll take that anyday...and that was 2 separate catscans!
Expand the waiting room. You have quite a few patients and it started to spill over outside.
