The friendliness of the staff. The efficiency of the staff at that location (not all the locations are as good). For example 53rd Avenue and Thunderbird is not as good according to my experience.

A very professional staff made my recent visit there nothing short of pleasant. In and out within a 1/2 hour...I'll take that anyday...and that was 2 separate catscans!
Expand the waiting room. You have quite a few patients and it started to spill over outside.
