Everyone there was professional and nice. The only thing that was a negative is that there are signs clearly stating "patients only" in the waiting room, there were very few chairs as it was. They did not tell people verbally that patients only, the reason why it was bad is people are there and may be in pain and have no place to sit. There were other people coming and sitting in the chairs that didn't have appointments, they could of gone to the other lobby to wait, or in their cars as the sign said to do. Yes, didn’t wait long... had two MRI’s done. Everything they did was explained so I would know what was going on. For instance that tube is loud, have me ear plugs. I would recommend
