2appointments cancelled by them at a different location and rescheduled when it wasn’t good for me. Went to this location as last resort. Staff was not very friendly. The assistant that started IV barely said 2 words to me. Didn’t give me a great feeling of confidence. I hate Simon Med. historically they are always awful
5 days after x-ray was taken and report has still not been read
Waited a long time in the lobbyI heard one woman say that she’d been waiting there for 2.5 hours! There were so many people that a couple people had to stand. Not good. Other than that, everything went smoothly. Well, except the MRI technician was a robot— a bored one at that!
I recommend the facility, but not the customer service. the receptionist " Alondra" was very rude and nasty. she said it was a issue with my request and when I asked what was the problem, she got very rude, moving her head form side to side rolling her eyes and making unprofessional replies. I had to literally call my lawyer and doctor and have them call the supervisor just to proceed. i ended up being there for almost a hour. I own my own restaurant and will never let my employees treat my customers that way.
