RecommendedEfficient and pleasant staff
Excellent service, I am in a wheelchair and needed to be lifted on to the table with a Hoyer. With out Joe it would not have been possible. The entire crew was fantastic. Thank you all !

I am very claustrophobic and this time it went very well. Didn’t have any problems. I didn’t have to take any medication to make me feel comfortable. The only thing is that when we were done with the MRI I thought someone was going to help me up from where I was laying and no one did make me feel very uncomfortable. The only issue I have with Simon Med is they frequently don’t have an X-ray tech every day at the Laveen location. Otherwise, I’m perfectly happy with them and will continue to use them.
The Phoenix Arizona location was wonderful. First time having the open MRI which was so much better than the tube. My technician was top rate, being very professional and personable. I do not like being enclosed but she made me feel calm, being the open helped. She did not talk the whole time, as did another technician at another hospital. Thank you SimonMed.
All staff were courteous, kind, good listeners & very helpful.
Speedy service the tech. was very efficient and knowledgeable , and gentle inserting the IV kind gentle and friendly .
