Medical imaging center with no X-ray tech on site. I get to sit and wait 90 minutes for one. Does not add up in my mind

they were not completely honest about the wait time they just made a uneducated guess when they had all the orders In front of them I waited over 90+ minutes and had to leave for another appointment went to another non Simonmed and was in and out in 20 minutes I don't miss and the waiting it's the dishonesty that's the reason I will never use simonmed ever sgain

The techs were okay, it was the actual appointment booking was a nightmare. When I arrived at my appointment early as per their request, I then waited over 45 min for my treatment. Apparently they book appointments every 15 minutes for a 20+ minute service! My time is just as important as their time…
Making an appointment was next to impossible without the intervention of my surgeon’s office. Even with an appointment I had to wait over an hour to be seen with a broken ankle. Technicians were clueless about how to get me safely on caravan bed. I will never use Simon Med again
Doctors office said we didn’t need an appointment so we went to get an X-ray. Arrived at 4:15 and they refused to see us because they had stopped doing X-rays for the day. What kind of business closes before 5:00?? Also the sign said X-ray was open until 4:30. They could have seen us. Waste of my time.

It is a horrible place where the treat patients as cheap merchandise as they have no regard for patients they only see as objects to make money .SimonMed don’t care about the patients. The make 2 to 3 appointment to the same time and make patients wait 2 to. 3 hours with the excuse the have issues with another patient
