i was waited on and checked in right away. the imaging was thorough and got my results in minutes.
I had an appointment for a scan this morning and arrived early per their instructions. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes before I was called back. On the bright side, the staff was very friendly and apologetic to ALL those waiting over an hour. I will try them again.
Terrible! My insurance covers my MRI at no cost, but the girl who checked me in insisted I had to pay $150 plus $50 for the MRI. My insurance company ( UHC PPO) called to confirm that I should not have been charged and they still refused to refund my money. UHC told me they have had many complaints about this company charging when they know they shouldn’t and then refusing to refund charges. This company has a reputation for bullying people into paying for services already covered by insurance.
Getting X-rays done is by walk-in only, no appointments. Twice I have waited almost 2 hours to get in to do my X-rays. Very difficult to sit and wait that long when you have a back problem. I saw other people who were very uncomfortable sitting and waiting that long. I will not do X-rays there again.
We have never experienced such “staff” incompetence. From misunderstanding Health Insurance coverage, to not communicating with each other, to reciting incorrect reasoning about Simon Med policy. We are very concerned this same incompetence and inaccurate behaviors may (will) carry over to the actual Diagnostic exam. This Corporation could really benefit from internal training. Otherwise make sure your malpractice policies are in full force.
My appt. was at 1 and I didn’t get seen til 2. The waiting room was full. The staff was courteous to all customers. Maybe there were too many people that walked in without an appt.
The people and techs are fine, but the scheduling system and trying to get a live person is close to impossible. You can choose to “chat” with someone...but I’m pretty sure it’s in India and it’s only by text. I only went here because it’s where they did my previous MRI. They need to change their system!
Not really happy that I wasn’t told NOT to take my calcium supplements 24 hrs prior to my bone density scan. Now I have to reschedule
I had the worst monogram in my life there. I am 65 years old and I have had many monograms. I had my Trump 2020 mask on. I would hope she was just bad at what she does and not because she didn't like my mask
