Professional staff, helpful and caring
Very efficient, helpful, courteous both the front desk and X-ray staff. I would recommend them to everyone who needs imaging.
The Technicians, including yesterday have all been professional, friendly appear to be very competent.

The lady at the front desk and the technicians were wonderful and very accommodating of my needs. The issue I have with Simon Med is that I can't make an appointment ahead of time for x-rays. Because it's first come, first served I had to return a second day to get them. Also, it's difficult to make appointments or get information from a live person on line.
Everyone there was wonderful. They went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible. I had to have several MRIs that lasted over 1 1/2 hours. I’m extremely claustrophobic and was in excruciating pain and the tech was so sweet trying to help with both. From there I had to have X-rays of my entire spine and hips. So the pain continues and gets worse. They also did what they could t help. Everything was scheduled and I went from one right into the other so I could be done as soon as possible and on my way home.
