Very expert and caring services but always a hassle in that they charge $100 even though my insurance ends up paying for everything. Then I have to request a refund from them. This is every single time. I am actually considering going elsewhere for services to avoid the hassle.

Staff very welcoming. I was running late because of traffic. Had appointment with Riverside site. I called and they were very accommodating. Staff very friendly. I walked in filled out paperwork and was called in. In and out in less then a 45 minutes !!!! Strongly recommend !

Facility is easy to locate, adequate parking, waiting area is clean & comfortable. Staff is efficient & friendly, helpful and kind. I had x-rays, CTs and MRI on same day!

Very nice staff really make you feel comfortable and fast service.The mri technician even asked what kind of music I wanted to listen to while the Mri was being done.The other comments on this facility don’t do it justice,if you don’t like confined spaces this is the place to go they have a open MRI machine thx to all the staff that made my day easier 💯

Being claustrophobic, I have to go to an Open MRI facility. Staff is friendly, helpful, & I got thru it without unnecessary discomfort. They do what they can to make it easier. Highly recommend.
