The imaging guy kept talking down to me like I was beneath him. Very rude. Not going back there ever. The imaging staff need customer service training again. They need manners too!!

The wait time was terrible. The X-ray took the technician 5 mins. He said, they must have forgotten you; I haven’t been backed up today. People came in after me and got their procedures completed, before me. When I questioned the office manager, she said oh we have certain machines for certain procedures. I said, okay but they too got X-rays.

schedule you for the correct test equipment. keep you on time. they were a comedy of errors then had the nerve to ask me what I wanted. seriously!!! they are supposed to be the professionals. at the price of gas today I sure dont need to be making a 2nd trip because someone can't do their job correctly
