RecommendedI went to the Rome towers location in Gilbert. They were fast and professional! I interacted with three different employees, and they were all amazing. Highly recommend this place.

Best MRI experience ever. Front office staff was professional and fast. MRI tech (Leah I Think) was fantastic, and the wide bore machine was amazing. I am 6'2, 235 and fit in the tube with no issues. In and out of the office in less than 30 minutes. I will never schedule and an MRI anywhere but Rome.
Over all it was a good experience. Technician for my CT-A was efficient and professional, but a little cold. My only complaint is about communication. My providers office double checked about needing a med prior to the procedure and was told (apparently) it wasn’t needed. This might have a negative effect on the results. Also, I was told it wouldn’t require contrast but it did which meant I had to cancel the bone density for that day.
Make you feel relaxed and comfortable
I liked the tech who did my scan, but this is the second time I have had an awful time with online registering. Kept getting kicked off for no reason and at second appointment said they were using old phone number, but new one had just been ok 2 weeks prior at another scan. Also directions for food etc before were for wrong procedure totally. Possible for colonoscopy! Even after chat and saying it was all updated, still did not work. Very frustrating. I finally just went in to have it done.
